Accomodation in Bega Poieni Fishing Lodge, fishing guidance, license, administration of the Bistra Ardealului River in Romania. The Bistra River springs from Bistra Iezer at about 2000 m altitude, below the Bistra Peak in the Ţarcu Mountains. The water is fast and, due to its high level of difference, has a lot of waterfalls and jumps. Bistra is a very clean river with hydrogen peroxide and rocky bed and the water temperature rarely exceeds 15 degrees. These conditions are excellent for the indigenous trout, fountain and the rainbow trout as well as for the grayling, all of these Salmonidae being fished in the Bistra Valley.
