We are a comfortable and uncomplicated bed and breakfast featuring 5 guest rooms, each with a private bath, situated on 2.7 acres offering a beautiful view of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. We are conveniently located 20 minutes North of Watkins Glen and 30 min south of Geneva on the eastern side of Seneca Lake.
We have a full service Breakfast Friday - Monday. And a BYOB Snacky Hour Thursday - Sunday.
At The Fox and The Grapes, providing guests with a relaxing and comfortable experience is our number one concern, which is why we often update our rooms. This may mean the pictures on the website are not 100% accurate BUT the room will only have more appointments than represented.
