The Deep aquarium is less than 15 minutes drive away, while the Kcom Stadium is less then 25 minutes drive, and the Kcom Craven Park is less than 10 minutes away by car. The east coast beaches are less than 25 minutes away by car while the convenience/post office shops and food pubs are just 1 mile away.

Each camping pitch at Spring Valley is (9m x 9m) and has a total of 15 hardstanding and 10 grass pitches, all with electric hook-ups, and free WiFi for caravans, motorhomes camper vans and tents. Scattered around the site are drinking water taps, a chemical disposal point, pot wash, dry/general waste disposal points. Guests can enjoy the clubhouse (Pitch 21) bar opens THUR - FRI - SAT, bingo at weekends, karaoke and saturday night artistes. During the day the kids might also like to pop across to the resident rescued turkeys and chicken enclosure, or wildlife surrounding the pond.
