This resort is in Deneysville next the Vaaldam Wall.
This resort was established in 1955 and is now under ownership of Phillip and Kathy. Improvements have been made. We cater mainly for fisherman, people with their own motorboats, and general outdoor enthusiasts.
Great attention was given to the amenities. We are the closest, most safe and biggest part of the Vaaldam. Catch the biggest fish of your life, camp out, bring your caravan or hire our secure enclosed caravans, rondavels, boats or wooden houses. We have positions with or without electricity. Pig ‘n Pony Pub is now open daily.
Functions such as weddings, birthday parties, bachelors and any other events can be arranged at Rus ‘n Bietjie. Bikers are very welcome at Rus ‘n Bietjie, the pub is The Drunken Monkeys SC’s clubhouse. The Vaaldam Rally is held yearly at Rus ‘n Bietjie.
A few permanent membership facilities are still available. Stands are available where you can leave your caravan with us for a low monthly fee. You can then enjoy the resort along with lots of facilities for the entire family.
