Located in the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire – Mill House Caravan and Camping Site has been a family-owned touring holiday site since the 1970's, located only three miles from Worcester city centre. Records from history show Hawford is a hamlet in Worcestershire, England. It fell within two parishes; Claines and Ombersley in the outer suburbs of Worcester about 3 miles from the city centre. It is bisected by the River Salwarpe, the Droitwich Barge Canal and is also bounded by the River Severn.
Mill House is a pet friendly site, open from April to October, offering 80 touring pitches, where 45 are electric hook-up. Facilities include a small shop and weekend breakfast café, free shower and hot water washing facilities in a refurbished toilet block and a small children’s play area. The site caters for electric and non-electric pitches for caravans, tents and motorhomes. We do not offer seasonal pitches.
Free WiFi access is available in the yard area (not the fields)
There is also an area of privately owned seasonal static caravans.
The River Salwarpe surrounds the site with a variety of fish and natural wildlife to view. Fishing the river is also available on site to all guests for a small fee. You can cycle or walk from the site along the canal to Droitwich or walk along the River Severn to Worcester.
