Welcome to Lake Carlos Villas – Your Home Away From Home
Lake Carlos Villas is an 18-unit cooperative located on beautiful Lake Carlos in central Minnesota. We are managed by our owners through a Board of Directors. The developers have been gone for many years so there are no sales people or pressure sales.
Since the early 1980's, Lake Carlos Villas has provided an enjoyable get-away with golfing, swimming, and fishing in the summer; ice fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling in the winter.
There are two 1-bedroom units, two 3-bedroom units, two 2-bedroom units with lofts, and twelve 2-bedroom units. In addition to the individual units, there are other facilities, including an adult club house/library, an outdoor pool (summer only), an indoor pool, and a large hot tub by the indoor pool.
All of our buildings are smoke-free (No Smoking Allowed); and also NO pets are allowed on site.
