iStay Cottages is located in Sandgerði, a small fishing village on the Reykjanes Peninsula which is an UNESCO Global Geopark. Reykjanes offers many beautiful places that are worth a visit. We are only an 8-minute drive from Keflavik International Airport so it‘s ideal to spend your first or last days in Iceland with us.
iStay is a family-run company, the cottages are built and designed by their owners Jónas & Hjördís who also work on-site. This is a perfect place for a peaceful and quiet stay and if you’re lucky you can even see the northern lights from here!
