Predominately we are a “Couples” business intended for peaceful enjoyable times. Adults only – Residents over 18 years old. Maximum party size is 6.
Nine established fishing lakes – Including a carp & catfish lake called the Major Bill. A Tench pool. The unique Canal/Snake which is pole anglers dream. Great fishing and great choice
Five private river stretches – boasting barbel, chub, dace, pike, bream, trout, salmon and grayling

EXCEPTIONS
We’re an adults only business therefore cannot accommodate anyone under the age of 18 overnight, under 18’s are of course welcome on a day ticket basis when accompanied by an adult
Please familiarize yourself with our fishing rules before booking, we have rules in place to ensure our fish are looked after to the highest standards and our pools are bailiff-ed 24 hours. Anyone breaking our rules will be asked to leave.
We do not allow yappy or aggressive dogs. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times
