Established estate lakes nestling in 14 acres of woodland with amazing bird life and so quiet!! Predominantly stocked with common carp, some mirror carp, ghost carp and green and golden tench. Main lake is 4.5acres with the top lake just under 2 acres. Spring fed with very little weed the surrounding level swims are easy to access with some being double swims. There is a good number of 20pounders in the main lake which is the first lake near carpark but also contains many double figures. Signed off the A3072 we are half mile from the town boundary. Easy to access, signed off the main road. Level carpark.
