Where is the Store Located?
The Beccles tackle shop is located on Newgate in Beccles behind the Tesco superstore. AD Beccles is accessible off of the main A146 Beccles roundabout, then along George Westwood Way towards Tesco, right hand turn off just before the mini-roundabout.
Car parking for 3 hours can be on the neighbouring Tesco carpark and AD Beccles are located just behind the supermarket, just a short walk away and visible from there.
Coffee shops and delightful little tearooms are just a 5-minute walk away or a cafe down at the quayside should you wish to do a spot of fishing and enjoy a picnic after visiting the tackle shop. The store is ideal for anglers fishing the nearby River Waveney, Broads and beaches. Local lakes for carp anglers include Weybread fishery, offering 6 lakes, Broome Pits with 4 lakes and Marsh Trail Lakes with 3 lakes.
What Services Does AD Beccles Provide?
A friendly and knowledgeable team of staff await visitors to AD Beccles which is spread over 2 floors with bivvies, bedchairs, luggage and carp barrows in a showroom on the upper level. This first floor is accessible at the rear of the ground floor via the stairs.
Each of the AD Beccles staff members specialises in a different discipline of angling, from sea anglers, an experienced pike and barbel angler on the River Wye, carp anglers and a respected match angler competitor. Just ask the AD team all your queries who will be glad to assist and offer advice!
